Safety Medics NZ is a New Zealand company specialising in providing Safety Officers and Medics to the film industry and other community events. We will provide the advice and guidance to ensure the safety of all staff, actors, participants and the public while on site without compromising production or event deadlines.
In New Zealand the Safety and Wellbeing legislation identifies the important partnership between the Production Company & staff, requiring both parties to participate.
As your Safety Officer we will provide guidance, hazard identification, control measures and general oversight to ensure compliance with current legislation as well as the overall safety in your workplace.
This can only be achieved with a close working relationship between the film producers, event organisers, contractors and your safety officer.
